I am interested in practicing the Waterhole Rituals of Wild Horses a method of communicating through body language to create a magnetic connection with the horses at the Shalom Institute. I learned this method from Carolyn Resnick and I want to share it with others and develop a deeper bond with horses.

We are a serious, but fun group of women who enjoy cycling & exploring new places together.  We try to encourage and motivate each other while supporting each of our athlete’s individual training goals.  We will have a consistent Tuesday morning ride and will often have other rides scheduled throughout the week.  Most of our rides begin at Serious Cycling in Agoura Hills & will cover 25+ miles, and we ride both in the hills & the flats.  This is not a beginning riding group.

We are looking to hook up with TRIKKE riders, and others that use a carving type vehicle, that are located in the Southern California area. Our goal is to help you find the joy inherant in this great exercise. We set up Group and Buddy Rides,and help each other become better at riding. We are back on the trails again and looking to have twice as much fun as we did last year with this meetup group. We meet at the store and head over to the riding trails from there. The goal of this group is to get in a great ride before the new week starts. We also hope to make friends and help one another be better at off road riding. We are men and women who met mountain biking over the years.  Now we are friends who hike, bike, dine, travel together rather regularly.  We hope to know more people who enjoy Santa Monica Mountain as much as we do. We differ from other mountain bike groups because we are older and we started out as a women's bike group.  We ride for scenic workouts more than downhill thrill.
