Join us in riding the unpaved trails at Deer Grove Forest Preserve in Palatine. This is like mountain biking without the mountains. There are plenty of hills, which makes for great exercise. This is mostly non-technical riding but there are areas that you have to pay attention to what you are doing. The trails are crushed limestone and some singletrack dirt trails.
